Vertical laminar flow clean bench for clean room or laboratory
1. Clean bench features:
1).Provides an operating environment with a cleanliness class of 100. For dust particles with a particle size ≥ 0.5 μm ≤ 3.5 particles/liter
2).Horizontal laminar flow type or vertical laminar flow type
3).Ultra-thin separator-free high-efficiency air filter occupies small space
4).With the touch-type electronic control panel, the air flow of the fan can be adjusted steplessly to ensure that the wind speed in the work area is always in an ideal state.
5). Stainless steel worktop, plexiglass enclosure, can be equipped with UV remote control electrical interface
2. Clean bench structure:
The clean bench consists of case fan, high-efficiency filter, variable air volume blower, medium-efficiency filter, workbench, and antistatic ion gun. Case made of thin steel plate, the surface paint. Work area countertops are all stainless steel and the table tops are removable for easy cleaning.
The clean bench adopts a direct control method, which includes a fan switch, a light switch, an anti-static ion switch, and a direct control device.

Product Description
Vertical clean bench is a working table with the function of air purifying. It is mainly applied to manufacturing areas of precise products which require a specific clean environment. It suck in air through fan, pass through static pressure box and then pass through HEPA filter. The purified air can reach ISO 5 clean class to meet the environment requirement for production.
